Action Request – Phone Senator Murray

Did you read the news yesterday from Iowa? Well, it’s take to take action! We need to call on the US Senators to sign on to this effort. For WA State, our Senate Appropriations Committee member is Patty Murray.

Senators must sign on by April 25th in order to reach the subcommittee in time to be considered. So start calling!

What do do?
1). Call Senator Murray at your district office and ask her to sign on to Senator Grassley’s letter to reign in Common Core State Standards. Let her know you don’t support CCSS in our state.

We do not need them to be asses , as in data/mining to determine their behavior and skills. We have normal wonderful children, we do not want Drones. Please do the research and find out for yourself. Log on to WA Common Core and you will see for yourself. kCall your Senators and tell them that you strongly oppose Common Core and that you expect that they will sign the SB 6030. Your child’s education is at stake as well as their future. This is a government’s take over of education. Let’s bring it back to the parents and let the teachers teach. A friend of mine told a Rep. the other day, “we made it to the Moon without CC didn’t we” Oppose Common Core and the Standard’s
    Thank you,
